For triceps pushdowns, it performs exactly as you would expect from any V-grip. The shipping was fast. The screws at the end of the grip were rusty, probably for the humidity of the warehouse, however it's just a minor flaw. The multiple attachment points and the rotating knurled grips, make biceps and triceps series less stressful for the wrists.
I love the sturdiness. I really like the grip. They feel so comfortable in my extra large hands. I am glad I decided to purchase these handles.
A very good product that not only replaces my old D-handles but also saved me from having to buy special handles for one-armed exercises. The larger end pieces prevent my forearms from interfering with the movement, allowing me to focus better on the target muscles.
Great attachment. Its versatility creates so many additional training options that it never gets boring, and I love the benefit of using it for plate loading during deadlifts.

I can grip the knurled larger diameter handle so much better than plastic and rubber handles. The exercise now actually feels like I’m hitting my target muscle(s).
