Where is my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped

If your order hasn’t been fulfilled by the next business day after it was placed, it’s likely the item is on back order. You can confirm this by checking the product page for the item you ordered—back-order status is always noted in the product description.

At this time, we’re unable to send customized emails to notify customers of back-ordered items, which is why this information is shared directly on the product page.

If the Shop app says your order was delivered

If the Shop app shows your order as “delivered,” this may be an estimate rather than an actual delivery. The Shop app uses our standard fulfillment timelines to predict delivery dates, even when an item is on back order.

How long does shipping take?

What is your return & refund policy?

We have a 14 day money-back guarantee, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return no matter what.

To start a return, just contact us at contact@theuclip.com. When your return is accepted, we'll give you instructions on how and where to send your item. The return must be delivered in a sellable condition to receive a full refund.

Please note if the order was made internationally, we cannot return your product.

Refunds
Once your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the product price on your original payment method. If an item is returned and is no longer sellable, only 50% of the product price will be refunded.

What is your warranty?

We offer a lifetime warranty.If your product breaks and is no longer functional, we’ll replace it with a new one.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally. However, not all products are available outside the U.S.

If you’re shopping from the UK, EU, Canada, or Australia, the products shown on our website reflect what’s available in your local warehouse. This helps ensure faster and more reliable delivery of your order.
