Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to initiate a return.

To start a return, please contact us at support@uclips.co. Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

To be eligible for a full refund, returned items must be received in a sellable condition.

Important notes:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
  • We do not charge any return or restocking fees.
  • International orders are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and received, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

  • If the returned item is sellable, you will receive a full refund of the product price.
  • If the item is not in sellable condition, only 50% of the product price will be refunded.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
